Alpaca fiber is six times warmer then wool, hypoallergenic and it is classified as having surpassed cashmere in softness!
We have local excellent knitters who make our products.
Each year in the late spring we shear our Alpacas. We take their fleece to a fiber mill where it is cleaned and spun into yarn. We get the yarn back and provide our knitters with the yarn and patterns they need to finish each item.
